Mr. Filipovich recognized a need in the equity market. Many principals who owned and operated equity firms did not have hands-on operational experience, but instead had only academic knowledge. Leveraging his extensive experience in sales, his practical operations planning experience, as well as his academic knowledge, Mr. Filipovich excels in structuring large complex transactions. This unique ability allows him to structure transactions that foster long-term growth, ensure the financial stability for the company, maximize shareholder value, and reward his investors through sound investments that yield excellent returns.
For the last 20 years, Mr. Filipovich has been responsible for structuring multi-million dollar transactions involving Fortune 500 clients. Prior to forming Tri Capital Financial, Mr. Filipovich was the President of Investment Banking for First Global Securities. In addition to his responsibilities at First Global Securities, Mr. Filipovich was Group Vice President with Oracle Corporation, Senior Vice President for i2 Technologies, and Vice President at Yantra Corporation.
